La question a été traitée dans un post hier. ‘Tout’, lorsqu’il est adverbe – ce qui est le cas ici : ‘tout à fait dégueulasses’ -, est invariable sauf devant un adjectif féminin commençant par une consonne ou un ‘h’ aspiré. Il faut donc « Mes mains sont devenues toutes dégueulasses ».

Si vous aviez écrit « tout » ou « toutes » sales, cela aurait été plus convenable, car « dégueulasse » est franchement vulgaire et, dès lors, on peut se demander si cela mérite une réponse. On sort un peu du domaine de la grammaire et de l’orthogr, ce mot n’a pas sa place ici.

Si on remplace « … » par « sales », on peut dire ceci :
« tout » est adverbe (complètement) et s’accordes car il est placé devant une consonne (elle est tout émerveillée mais elle est toute haletante) :
Mes mains sont devenues toutes sales ».

Désolé, mais franchement je ne savais pas que c’était un mot vulgaire. Merci pour vos réponses:)
